The Golden Souq Website and App is created to provide a platform for users to buy or sell luxury items, used gold & jewelries and many other expensive items in the GCC Countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman & Bahrain).

1. The main sections of the Website and App:

• Homepage: Showing the latest “Featured Ad” listing and Section for the latest post for Used Gold & Jewelries and Luxury Brands ad listings
• Categories: Showing Luxury Brands and Used Gold & Jewelries as the main categories
• Sub-categories under “Used Gold & Jewelries” includes: Bracelets, Earrings, Rings and Necklaces
• Sub-categories under “Luxury Brands” includes: Watches, Dresses, Bags and Shoes
• Account Dashboard: Summary of all items posted by a member. The account dashboard section also includes the user’s profile, edit profile, change password and option to delete the account
• Post Ad Section: This is the section where users/members can post Free Ad listing. All users/members can post new ad listing for free.

• Visitor: Can browse, comment on the ad listings and could even contact the ad listing owner via WhatsApp
• Members: Registered users can browse, comments and can send message to the ad listing owner via email message box or through WhatsApp
• Free membership for all users: Can Post ads Maximum of 10 ads in each section.

4. Posting advertisements:
Post new ad listing according to the following steps:

• Complete the following information (Title, Ads Category, Price, Ad Details, Location, Pictures, Contact Information)
• When uploading pictures, users must adhere to the number of files to be uploaded as well as the maximum file size allowed
• When all information is completed, users can submit the ad listing
• Automatically the ad listing will be shown in the website

5. Sorting on the main page:
Displayed according to the following priorities:

• Search Bar: This section allows users to search a particular item in the website using keywords or a dropdown selection in a particular category
• Used Gold & Jewelries Section: This will show the latest items in the subcategories for bracelets, earrings, rings & necklaces
• Luxury Brands Section: This will show the latest items in the subcategories for watches, dresses, bags and shoes
